sipagan palagi

In this generation, most people post their full sparring videos.

But be careful.
Most of the old heads in boxing, alam nila yung unwritten rule: you don’t post your full sparring footage. Hindi dahil secretive sila. Hindi dahil old school lang. Kundi dahil sparring is not content—sparring is classified information.
Why? Because sparring reveals patterns.

These are not just mistakes—these are blueprints for your opponent.

Coaches will cringe, haters will analyze, and keyboard warriors? They’ll write a thesis on your footwork like it’s a PhD defense. May timestamps pa. ‘Bro, 0:32 second, bumaba right hand mo.’ Like bruh, are you my coach or my ex?

Future opponents? They will download your video like it’s Netflix. Ire-replay nila frame by frame.
‘Pag napressure, naglalakad pa-back straight line.’
Boom—may game plan na sila bago pa kayo mag-face off.
Old boxers know this.

Kaya nga dati, walang full sparring footage. Kasi boxing is chess with consequences. You don’t show your chessboard, opening moves, and defense patterns sa enemy mo bago pa ang fight night.

That’s like leaking your own playbook.
And let’s be honest—sparring is not fight night. One clip can destroy perception, kahit 100 rounds ka pa nag-dominate.

So here’s the tip: cut the clips.

Stay mysterious, stay dangerous, and always… be like a shadow.
