| In line with current circumstances, the University shall observe a 4-day class and work schedule, effective April 13, 2026, and until further notice.

All concerned are enjoined to be guided accordingly and to refer to the complete advisory for specific provisions.

| In observance of the 2026 Holy Week, please be advised of the following schedules:

1. Classes on March 30 - 31, 2026 will be transitioned to asynchronous.
2. All employees are required to attend the “Adlaw sa Pagpamalandong” on March 30, 2026.
3. Employees will follow a WFH arrangement on March 31, 2026.
4. Physical classes and office transactions will resume on April 6, 2026.

| In light of the scheduled transport strike on March 27, 2026 (Friday), please be guided by the following:

1. Classes will shift to synchronous mode.
2. Classes in the Graduate School, School of Law, ETEEAP, CPA-Review and RITTC will be at the discretion of their respective Deans and Directors.
3. Employees will follow Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement.
4. Admission testing (Elementary to College) is suspended on March 27, 2026 and will resume on March 28, 2026.
5. School of Business and Management (SBM) and Junior High School (JHS) program of activities shall continue as scheduled.
