JOB DESCRIPTION
• Scan item and ensure that pricing is correct
• Receive payment in cash and give exact change to customers
• Issue official receipt
• Process payment via credit card transaction
• Assist customers' inquiries and other concerns
• Suggestive selling
• Resolve customer complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the check-out area
• Ensure that satisfactory to excellent customer service experience is given
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• At least College Graduate
• Female
• with experience in any supermarket
• Basic Mathematical skill
• Excellent customer service skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to details
• Team-player
• preferably nearby store assignment
