Looking for Online Trainer. Work From Home.

Qualifications:
*Has strong background in creating training content.& delivering courses/programs online.
*Any HR-related course training would be preferred but not essential.
LMS experience is highly preferred.
*Learning and Development / training-related qualifications.

Responsibilities:
This is a uniquely creative role as it will be to be involved in the growth of training content as well as the rollout of weekly learning initiatives to the 1m+ user base.

Create and devise engaging learning content to be delivered via online mediums.

Assess the success of training programs via key metric analysis and identify areas/ways to optimize the impact of each course/module.

Work closely with marketing, community engagement, and senior management teams to continually improve delivery with quantifiable results.

Manage LMS and continually improve optimal processes for scheduling, attendance, proof of successful learning, certifications, and entire efficiency.

Grow the Academy’s capabilities to help more and deliver more quantified success.
