Exciting !!! CEBU'S SOUTH COAST CITY

The aerial update (MARCH 16, 2024) of SM Seaside Arena and SMX Convention Center currently under construction just adjacent to SM Seaside City. It is situated in a mixed-used development site co-owned by SM Prime Holdings and Ayala Land.

The Seaside Arena will have a seating capacity of 16,000 (almost as large as MOA Arena in Manila). It is eyed to become the prime venue for large events such as major or local and international concerts, sports events, international conventions, among others. Beside the arena is the SMX Convention Center.

Proposed locations for Cordova,Cebu - Bohol Bridge

Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC), chaired by Manuel V. Pangilinan, is currently looking at the possibility of building a bridge that will connect Cordova, Cebu to Bohol. The development was announced by Allan Alfon, president of Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway Corp. (CCLEC), a subsidiary of MPTC.
