Performance Golf is currently seeking Phone Retention Representatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or retention role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

• A genuine desire to help customers and resolve their issues.

• Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer applications.

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle high-stress environments.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
