Primary Objective:
As a Business Support Specialist, you will manage end-to-end processes for our fast-paced franchise group. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving business performance by ensuring the smooth operation of various business processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the onboarding and support of new franchise business launches, including preparing legal documents in accordance with the franchise code of conduct

- Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data in our business operating systems

- Collaborating with team members across sales, accounting, operations, and marketing to align your role with our business strategy

- Demonstrating maturity, ownership, and initiative to build a successful career path
