📣 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

In line with the upcoming 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 14, 2026, the Office of the Dean has designated holding rooms for graduating students and their families. The room assignments are as follows:

• 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗗𝗖𝗦)
Rooms 405, 406, 407, 408, and Room 309 (non-air-conditioned)

• 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗗𝗕𝗘𝗦)
Rooms 501, 502, 503, and 504

• 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀
AS Rooms 231, 233, and 235 (only when necessary)

Room 201

The designated holding rooms will serve as waiting areas before the graduation ceremonies. Air-conditioned rooms will be available for the comfort of graduates and their families, while the landings on every floor of the College of Science Building may also be utilized as additional waiting areas, when necessary.

We encourage all graduates, their families, faculty, staff, and students to extend courtesy, assistance, and cooperation to help ensure the orderly and successful conduct of this year’s graduation activities.
