| CNU holds unified Baccalaureate Mass ahead of commencement rites

The Cebu Normal University (CNU) held its unified Baccalaureate Mass for candidates for graduation from both undergraduate and graduate studies programs this afternoon at the CNU Center Stage.

The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Cabahug of the Philippine Coast Guard, who emphasized the values of service and obedience as essential foundations of success.

In his homily, Fr. Cabahug encouraged the graduates to dedicate themselves to serving others and to living a life rooted in obedience to God.

Recognizing that obedience takes many forms, he urged the graduating class to “practice obedience in better things in one’s home, community, and daily life.”

The message comes as graduates prepare to take on their roles as future leaders and servants of the people.

One of the highlights of the Baccalaureate Mass was the ceremonial blessing of the graduates’ Transcript of Records (TORs) and diplomas ahead of the commencement exercises on May 20 at the International Eucharistic Congress Center in Cebu City.

| 176 CNU-Medellin graduates lauded for grit, resilience

One hundred seventy-six students of Cebu Normal University – Medellin Campus culminated their academic journey during the 15th Commencement Exercises held today at the Medellin Sports Complex.

Of the total number of graduates, 52 earned degrees in Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED), 80 in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English (BSEd English), 21 in Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Tourism Management (STM), and 23 in Bachelor of Science in Travel and Hospitality Management (THM).
