Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists and report to the Accounting Staff/ Purchasing Staff
- Data entry
- Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct
- Filing of documents
- Generating forms for submission
- Regular monitoring of deadlines for submissions and check payments
- Replying to daily emails and calls
- Preparing check payments and check vouchers
