Project garage extension.

From bare land to usable space. Original scope of work was to landscape, concrete garage flooring and gate resembling the front of the house.

As typhoon Tino hit Cebu and severely affected the area, electricity and water became a problem. With that in mind the owner decided to proceed with a dirty kitchen extension to be able to do cooking when there would be blackouts and do a proper rain collection system to collect rain water for daily use to mitigate the lack of water, now the extension and water system is done and is now collecting ample amount of rain water being used in the residence.
