Banilad Study Center

Twenty-two couples received the Sacrament of Matrimony during the mass wedding at Barangay Luz, organized by some volunteers at Banilad Study Center under the KALFI-SERV program. The mass wedding was held on May 21, 2026 at Saint Joseph the Patriarch Parish Church, Mabolo, Cebu City. What began as a simple social project after the September 2025 annual seminar became a beautiful celebration of faith, family, and community—made possible through the warm support of the Barangay Luz Barangay Officials headed by Councilor Andrew Ponce, and the guidance of Msgr. Raul Go of Mabolo Parish. We are deeply grateful to Our Lady, to Saint Joseph, and to Saint Nicholas of Bari for accompanying this project from the beginning. Thank you also to the generous ladies of Banilad Study Center, our donors, volunteers, and partners who helped make this joyful day possible. With hope and gratitude, the organizers, barangay officials, and Mabolo Parish plan to make this mass wedding an annual event and one of the highlights of the fiesta celebration of Saint Joseph the Patriarch Parish. May Saint Joseph protect the marriages and homes of our 22 newly married couples.
