Through Bangon ta, Bogo, we aim to uplift and empower the youth of Bogo City — the heartbeat and future of our community.

This fundraiser is more than just an act of giving. It’s a movement of hope, unity, and compassion — a reminder that every small act of kindness can create ripples of change. Together, we can help our young people dream again, rebuild what’s been lost, and remind them that they are never alone.

Throwback to those early mornings when we all piled into the bus, uniforms pressed, bags packed, hearts ready for another day of Community Health Nursing duty. 🚌💉🏡

The ride itself was always an adventure — laughter, stories, review notes, and sometimes a quick nap before facing the barangay health center. These simple moments reminded us that nursing wasn’t just about hospitals and textbooks, it was also about going out into communities, touching lives, and learning what it truly means to serve. 💛

Here’s to the bus rides that carried not just students, but future nurses full of hope and dreams.

November 28, 2008 — a date forever etched in our hearts. It was the night before the biggest exam of our lives, the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam. 💉📚

We were just a group of girls staying at a house in Duhat, bonding over our shared anxiety, last-minute reviews, and whispered prayers. We were terrified, but we were together, lifting each other up with laughter, encouragement, and faith.

We called ourselves the Duhat Girls, a sisterhood that formed in the most intense, uncertain, but also most meaningful time of our lives.

Tonight was filled with “good lucks,” rosaries, snacks, and affirmations. Tomorrow, we would take the exam that would shape our future. But whatever happened, we already knew we had something special — each other. 💛

Here’s to the friendships that got us through. Here's to the dream we all chased and the nurses we eventually became.
