REQUIREMENTS:
• Junior ALERT CWTS Uniform or Plain White T-Shirt
• Maong Pants
• Rubber Shoes
• School ID
• Study Load
• Tickler and Blue Ballpen

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲:

📍Morning session will join the Afternoon Session to assist ROTC in their RAATI as stand by medic.

📍All volunteers who helped the CWTS - Plenary will continue to assist in their BLS examinations in the Main Campus, RCAC .

When: April 25, 2026
• 7:30 AM – Morning Session
• 12:30 PM – Afternoon Session

• Sem Bldg 509 – St. John of God
• Sem Bldg 508 – St. Michael
• Sem Bldg 509 – St. Therese
• Sem Bldg 508 – St. Claire
• MC 429 (Main Campus) – St. Magdalene

Requirements:
• Junior ALERT CWTS Uniform or Plain White T-Shirt
• Maong Pants
• Rubber Shoes
• School ID
• Study Load
• Tickler and Blue Ballpen

Notes:
• Students who were unable to take the midterm examination will be given a special examination.
• Selected ten (10) students will join the plenary class to assist in the Basic Life Support (BLS) Examination at the RCAC.
