Q: As a woman in the workplace, what is your advice to yourself?
IMAE says,
"Do your best but play it cool. You are an employee in the workplace, but at home you are a sister, a daughter and a friend. You are precious and you still have a lot to learn, so it's okay not to figure out everything at once. Trust the process and don't rush your career goals."
Complete Financial Solutions Philippines Inc. is still primarily working remotely since March 2020.
We had a socially distanced lunch last week to celebrate our 4th year anniversary as a corporation registered in the Philippines.
We are glad that our workforce is stronger than ever. Also, we did not resort to any labor saving device during the pandemic because of our strong ties with our clients.
Our new office is located in IT Park. To date, our employees are still working from home all over the Philippines. However, they have an option to work safely in our principal office as well.
Let us throwback to Christmas Party 2019 - it feels just like yesterday!
