Earlier today, the Alternative Learning System (ALS) of Compostela East District successfully conducted a Financial Literacy Symposium at Compostela Central Elementary School SPED Center.

The activity aimed to equip ALS learners with essential knowledge and practical skills in managing personal finances, saving wisely, and making informed financial decisions. A total of forty active and enthusiastic participants attended the symposium, showing their strong interest in improving their financial well-being and life skills.

The highlight of the event was the insightful discussion delivered by resource speaker Ninio B. Manialag, MBA, who shared his expertise on financial literacy. He emphasized the importance of budgeting, financial planning, and responsible money management. His engaging presentation inspired participants to become more financially aware and empowered in handling their resources.
