SEBU CHA “Cebu Tea" is a locally home-grown brand in Cebu City, and Carmen was the first branch to operate—home-based set-up and focused on delivery. For two months, it grew consistently until we managed to branch out further in both North and South of Cebu. Since then, it became our goal to set up one Sebu Cha outlet per municipality in Cebu and to the other islands in the Philippines.
