Kethelle I. Sajonia is a college instructor at the University of Southeastern Philippines, Mintal Campus. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Communication at the University of the Philippines and holds a Master’s degree in Development Communication from the same institution. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southeastern Philippines and is an Associate Member of the DOST–National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP), Social Sciences Division. Her research interests include inclusivity, education, communication, and social development. She actively engages in scholarly research and community-based initiatives that advocate for inclusive and transformative communication practices.

Ed Raphael B. Espinoza, RN, RM, MAN, OHN is a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife currently pursuing a PhD in Nursing Science at Saint Paul University Tuguegarao. He holds a Master of Arts in Nursing major in Medical-Surgical Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lorma Colleges. His professional expertise spans clinical practice, midwifery, occupational health nursing, and nursing education. He has worked as an Assistant Professor, Research Coordinator, Occupational Health Nurse, Hotel Nurse, Staff Nurse, and Municipal Link under the Department of Social Welfare and Development. He is actively engaged in qualitative research, specializing in nursing workforce studies, transcultural nursing, midwifery practice, gender and development, psychology and behavioral sciences, and emerging nursing roles. He has presented and published numerous studies in international journals and conferences. He also serves as a peer reviewer, external validator, and research mentor. His work reflects a strong commitment to advancing nursing practice, education, and interdisciplinary health research.
