A grievance is when something feels off, unfair, or disrespectful in your experience with a teacher, staff, or admin.

At CHCCI, we believe in talking it out before it blows up.

Here’s how you can do it:
Informal grievance – Talk it out. Communicate and fix things respectfully.
Formal grievance – Write it down and file it if things don’t get better.

You can raise a grievance if you’re a:
✅ Student or group of students vs. faculty member
✅ Student or group of students vs. non-teaching staff
✅ Student or group of students vs. administrator
