Closing Ceremony: ASC ROTC Unit
On April 25, 2026, we proudly witnessed another meaningful milestone โ the Closing Ceremony of Basic and Advance ROTC Training Program for the Academic Year 2025โ2026.
Gracing the occasion as Guest of Honor was Dr. John N. Cabansag, College President II of Apayao State College, together with MAJOR CHRISTOPHER JOHN A. DACAYO (INF) PA, ASC ROTC Unit Director and NSTP Director, MC-Ornoc T. Lamao, Mr. Charlie D. Hidalgo, ROTC Coordinator of Conner Campus, Mr. Edgar Valdez, ROTC Coordinator of Luna Campus, and Major Madelyne T. Maslang (Res) PA. Their presence highlighted the importance of the event and the strong support of the institution and ROTC leadership.
The day started with energy and discipline as the cadets began their morning with stretching exercises followed by a foot march, showcasing their endurance, unity, and commitment to training. These activities reflected the strength they have built through months of preparation.
In the afternoon, the much-awaited closing ceremony was held, marking the culmination of their journey. This event symbolized not only the end of their training but also the beginning of greater responsibilities ahead. Through perseverance, hard work, and determination, these cadets have proven their readiness to take on leadership roles and serve with integrity.
We commend all cadets for their dedication and resilience throughout the program. Their growth in discipline, teamwork, and leadership truly reflects the core values of ROTC. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the instructors, mentors, and staff whose guidance made this achievement possible.
As they move forward, may they carry with them the lessons and values they have learned, and continue to lead with courage and honor. Thank you cadets and cadet officers for being part of the ASC ROTC Unit. Congratulations!
โThe future belongs to those who prepare for it today.โ
