1. Filled out Certificate of Candidacy
2. (one) certified copy of the student ratings during the previous (2nd) semester from the registrar or report of ratings from deanβs office with signature of the college secretary or any college personnel who is authorized;
For incomplete (INC) and 4.0 grades, accomplished completion or removal form with completion/removal passing grade signed by the instructor and other duly authorized signatories for such forms;
COR - Certificate of Registration
Certificate of Good Moral character from the Dean of College;
NOTE: Current Certificate shows 12 units (or more) load.
FOR INCUMBENT OFFICERS:
β’Approval letter (Certificate of Clearance) from the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) of settled statements and documents.
NOTE: ASPIRING OFFICERS must have no failed subject.
IMPORTANT: ATTACHMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED TO QUALIFY FOR CANDIDACY.

The College Student Government of Palawan State University -Coron, Campus had successfully conducted its 2nd General Assembly last September 20, 2023, at PSU Coron, Covered Court 1 headed by Hon. Ranie Zumarraga Mening, Governor of PSU Coron College Student Government.
The discussion revolved around the following agenda:
1. Accomplishment Report
2. Financial Report (Expenses and Balances of Organizations)
3. Oath Taking of the Newly Appointed Officers
4. Other Matters
Special thanks to our dynamic and very supportive Campus Director Ms. Vinamar D. Odasco, to our OSAS Coordinator Mr. Enric Jego P. Enriquez, as well as to all members of the College Student Government.
In the beginning of the discussion Hon. Ranie Z. Mening, informed the body of the initiatives and projects that have been achieved by the administration. This was followed by financial matters discussed by Ms. Lynette S. Diwan, the Secretary for Budget and Finance together with is Mr. Jay-r U. Arroyo the Treasurer, they have informed the body in detail, reports like the statement of cash flows, the organization's expenses. Ms. Geraldine M. Necesario the Vice Governor, discussed the other important matters which include; Consultation on No-single use plastic policy inside the Campus, Child Care Facility, Student Employment Program, and Hiring of Student Aid for Campus Maintenance.
Lastly, the College Student Government as part of its appreciation to the students ensures that they will have smiles on their faces, therefore, the organization prepared a raffle draw and whose number was drawn got a food pack from CSG.
To add up to everybody's excitement, our Campus Director Ms. Vinamar D. Odasco gave 500 pesos each to the two lucky numbers that she picked during the draw.
