The 75th General Membership Meeting (GMM) and Induction Ceremony was successfully held on March 27, 2026, at Avior Hotel, marking a significant gathering where leaders, professionals, and members united to celebrate accomplishments, embrace new leadership, and reaffirm their shared commitment to vision, collaboration, and excellence.

The highlight of the event was the formal induction of newly elected officers, who took their oath with pride and dedication, signaling the beginning of a new chapter for the organization.

“AI IS FED WITH INFORMATION. WHILE WE ARE DRIVEN BY INSIGHT,” said Dr. Jesusa R. Reyes, emphasizing the importance of human judgment and creativity alongside technology. While data and AI provide information, it is insight, critical thinking, and human decision-making that truly drive meaningful progress.

Another key reflection came from Dr. Reyes on organizational culture:
“Motivated employees are built on healthy employer-employee relationships.” Strong relationships, trust, and open communication are essential in fostering employee motivation, engagement, and long-term success.
