JOB DESCRIPTION:
❇️ Reinforces daily activity management of Financial Advisors
❇️ Recruit, lead and manage group of Financial Advisors and to empower and leads them to achieve day to day and month to month targets.
❇️ Ensures that the team has activities that will drive the sales and achieve quotas.
❇️ Regularly monitors team KPI and performance

QUALIFICATIONS:
✅Min of 2 years Managerial experience
✅Directly managed min of 5-10 people
✅Sales experience is a plus
✅Has an entrepreneural mindset
✅Ready to work full time and start immediately
