Sometimes we hesitate to answer God’s call because we feel unprepared, weak, or unworthy. Yet the story of Enoch in Moses 6 reminds us that our weaknesses do not stop God from using us. Even when Enoch questioned, “Who am I that I should go?” the Lord strengthened him and entrusted him with His work. Like Enoch, we too can trust that God sees beyond our doubts and empowers us to do what He asks.
God doesn’t ask for perfection. Instead, He asks for willing hearts. When we respond to His call, He provides the guidance, courage, and strength we need. Our weaknesses can become opportunities to rely more fully on Him, allowing His power to work through us and accomplish His purposes.
This week in Come, Follow Me, let’s reflect on how God calls ordinary people to fulfill extraordinary work. Whether it’s serving in our families, wards, or communities, He invites us to step forward with faith, trusting that He will equip us for the task. As we study, pray, and act, we can witness firsthand how His grace makes up for our limitations.
