The Provincial Cooperatives Development Office (PCDO) extends its support to the Municipal Cooperative Development Council (MCDC) of Sta. Elena and attends the oathtaking ceremony of the newly elected members of the council. Through this activity, the PCDO continues its commitment to strengthening cooperatives and fostering unity, leadership, and collaboration among cooperative sectors in the municipality.
