📍 GEOTAGGING AND RSBSA ACTIVITY | BARANGAY BALANAKAN

MAFAR Datu Piang conducted geotagging and RSBSA registration in Barangay Balanakan in coordination with the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) to measure and document the areas of rice and corn farms, as well as fisheries.

This activity aims to ensure accurate farmer data, support effective planning, and facilitate the proper delivery of agricultural and fisheries programs and services. Through strong collaboration with the BLGU, MAFAR Datu Piang continues to strengthen data-driven initiatives for the benefit of local farmers and fisherfolk.

MAFAR – SECURE Convergence Program Field Monitoring

The MAFAR Maguindanao Provincial Office, together with the Convergence Program staff and partners from the World Food Programme (WFP), conducted field monitoring of our gardening farms located in Brgy. Dado and Brgy. Kalipapa under the SECURE Convergence Program.

The monitoring visit aims to assess the progress of the gardening initiatives, ensure the proper implementation of program interventions, and provide technical support to our farmer-beneficiaries. Through this joint activity, we continue to strengthen community resilience, enhance food security, and promote sustainable agricultural practices in the province.

MAFAR, in partnership with WFP, remains committed to supporting our local farmers and advancing agricultural development in Maguindanao.

MAFAR–Datu Piang proudly joined the Town Parade for the 7th Kulintang Festival and the 89th Founding Anniversary of Datu Piang. 🎉🎶

Today, we honor 89 years of rich history, resilience, and continuous progress of our beloved municipality. Through the strength, unity, and dedication of its people, Datu Piang has overcome challenges and steadily moved toward sustainable development and a brighter future for the next generations.
