CALLING THE CONTINUING CHED TES GRANTEES FOR 2ND SEMESTER S.Y. 2024-2025 - Batch 13.1

You are requested to submit documentary requirements and SIGN the liquidation reports on October 8, 2025 - October 22, 2025 at UM Digos College - Student Accounting Office. REQUIREMENTS:

- (Two) photocopies of your SCHOOL ID (front & back) with three (3) specimen signature. Indicate your email address and active contact number. (A4 Sized Bondpaper)
- Bring your own BLUE BALLPEN

Note: Make sure that your ID is validated from the 2nd Semester S.Y. 2024-2025 or until current semester enrolled.
