Calamansi Juice Cooler
(Makes 3 to 4 servings)
INGREDIENTS:
1 liter iced cold water
12 pieces Calamansi
2 tablespoon Powdered orange (optional)
8 tablespoon honey
Ice Cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean and wash Calamansi then cut into halves.
2. Squeeze and strain the Calamansi in a pitcher and discard pulp and seeds.
3. Pour a liter of water on the pitcher.
4. Add honey then stir thoroughly until honey is mixed.
5. Optionally add powdered orange.
6. To serve, put ice cubes on a tall glass then pour the Juice.
