There is magic in eggs. 🥚✨
I am amazed how eggs can be an essential ingredient in baking. I hope not to waste it. This custard is egg yolk-based but unsweetned. It has the right amount of sweetness because of the meringue on top and is finished with berries and kiwis. A mix of tastes in one dessert yet blends well together.
I remember life can sometimes be like this custard. Every moment can be different, but all worked together for something good.

It is not your typical sweet custard dessert. This one has a slight taste of sour. 😄 Yet, I still find it delicious. Do you believe that all things in life have to be specific and exact? In baking, I realized that could be untrue. I learned that sometimes the best things happen from the unplanned and unexpected moments. In this journey, I know that taking risks and exploring things are inevitable.
So, anyone wants custard?
