🔧 Role 1: Webmaster

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Webmaster to manage and maintain client websites across Shopify, WordPress, and other CMS platforms. This is a great fit if you're confident in making basic code edits, keeping sites updated and performing well, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to improve functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update websites (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
• Implement HTML/CSS edits (basic only)
• Monitor site performance, uptime, broken links, and security
• Manage plugins, apps, and third-party integrations
• Make UX/UI improvements based on best practices
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams
• Keep content, product listings, and promotions updated
• Provide regular reports on site health and improvements

Requirements:
✔ 3+ years’ experience managing CMS platforms
✔ Proficient in HTML/CSS (basic edits and styling)
✔ Familiar with integrations like Zapier, Make, and others
✔ Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
✔ Comfortable working independently and on multiple projects

📁 Role 2: IT Project Manager (E-commerce & Marketing Systems)

We’re also hiring an IT Project Manager to lead and optimize the systems and tech stack that power our agency’s e-commerce and marketing operations. You don’t need to be a developer — but you should be confident managing tools, integrations, automations, and backend systems across platforms like Shopify Plus, Zapier, WordPress, GoHighLevel, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
• Manage backend setups for Shopify Plus stores
• Build and maintain automations (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel)
• Oversee project management in Monday.com
• Set up CRM, AI voice/chat, and sales automation tools
• Configure WordPress plugins and themes
• Handle email server setup and deliverability issues
• Manage affiliate platform setup and onboarding
• Assist in financial tool integrations (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Build internal dashboards for leadership and reporting

Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of project/systems management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Shopify, Zapier, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Monday.com
✔ Familiarity with QuickBooks, affiliate tools, CRM platforms
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔ Proactive, self-directed, and tech-savvy
