To protect our clients and ensure fair access to our studio, we have a strict No-Show Policy.

Any client who:

* Makes multiple or duplicate bookings,
* Fails to cancel unnecessary reservations,
* Does not show up for their confirmed appointment,

will be considered a No-Show.

Please note:

* All confirmed bookings are considered reserved exclusively for you and may be subject to the applicable booking fee.
* Repeat offenders may be blocked from making future online reservations.
* We reserve the right to share screenshots of fraudulent or spam booking activity on our page with personal information hidden to raise awareness and protect our business from booking abuse.

Every reserved time slot could have been booked by another client. Please book responsibly and cancel as soon as possible if you can no longer attend.
