Growth happens when opportunity meets preparation! Today, July 7, 2026, our Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs) across Davao del Sur took a major step toward standardizing and expanding their operations.

Under the Sustainable Livelihood and Enterprise Development (SIB) Program, DAR Davao del Sur conducted a vital 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐃𝐀 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐆𝐄𝐏𝐒 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

We are privileged to have 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐮 𝐖. 𝐀𝐥𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐨 (ARPO II / SIB Alternate Focal, PAHP, Product Development, and FBS) from the DAR Regional Office as our expert speaker. She walked our ARBO leaders through the essential processes of legal registration, unlocking new doors for government partnerships, broader markets, and sustainable entrepreneurial growth.

𝐃𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐎 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 — In a significant move to strengthen its grassroots operations and accelerate land distribution, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Davao del Sur officially welcomed three newly appointed Agrarian Reform Program Technologists (ARPT).

The newly appointed officers formally took their oath of office on June 30, 2026, during a ceremony held at Luxebridge Hotel, Davao City. The inductees include:

As ARPTs, these personnel will serve as vital links between the department and local farming communities. Their roles are central to executing field validation, streamlining beneficiary profiling, and facilitating the efficient transition of collective landholdings into individual electronic titles (e-titles).

The management of DAR Davao del Sur expressed high confidence in the new appointees, emphasizing that their deployment will reinforce the agency’s commitment to providing land tenure security and robust support services to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) across the province.
