When we added Uji matcha to the menu back in January, we didn't rush it.

We didn't want just any green latte.
We wanted the right one.

Good thing my grandmother lives in Japan.

So we source proper Uji - from Kyoto, a region known for producing some of Japan's most respected matcha.

Earthy.
Not sugary.
Balanced.
Not loud.

This love month, we’re featuring two familiar faces who choose to spend their time here together getting to know each other over coffee.

From shared tables to slow conversations, cups of Milky Matcha and Uji Matcha have quietly become part of their routine. They shared that what they enjoy most about bobcoffee is the relaxing atmosphere and the warmth of the people here.

They also mentioned how Barista Joshua always remembers their order. Small details like that make a place feel personal.

What makes this even more special? They travel 11 kilometers from their homes just to be here. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed.

Over time, bobcoffee has become a small part of their story a space where conversations flow a little easier and time slows down.

Some stories start quietly. We’re just happy to serve the coffee.

CUSTOMER OF THE MONTH – LAHAINNA 🎉

Today, we’re celebrating our Customer of the Month, and I’m truly grateful for her. She shared that she discovered bobcoffee simply through her love for trying different coffee shops, but what made her stay was the people behind. Coffee has always been her comfort, and finding that same comfort here through conversations, familiar faces, and genuine connection made it even more meaningful.

Beyond enjoying our coffee, she shared how bobcoffee now feels like family. No longer just kakilala, but ate, kuya, at mga kapatid who make this space feel like home. She also has a soft spot for birds and loves bringing them along when she visits, adding more warmth and life to the shop in her own way.
