On November 19, 2025, the STEMatrix Organization and the Presidents of Grades 7 to 12 and of St. John’s Academy Inc. attended the Math & Science Fair Orientation with their adviser Mr. Emmanuel S. Abao, Jr. They discussed the event flow, contest guidelines, criterias, and facilitator assignments for the upcoming fair this Monday.

On September 18, 2025, the STEMatrix organization of St. John's Academy Inc. held a meeting with their adviser, Mr. Emmanuel S. Abao, Jr. They discussed upcoming projects, activities, and initiatives for STEM students. They also discussed important matters such as the finalization of their Constitution and By-Laws, financial reports, and other organizational concerns.
