Project STAR

Project STAR (Supporting Talents, Achievements, and Recognitions) proudly extends its support to the Reading Intervention Program of Rizal Elementary School through the strategic implementation of three key initiatives:
- Catch-Up Friday, designed to strengthen learners’ foundational reading skills;
- Aral Reading Program, which nurtures comprehension and fluency; and
- Project PASABI (Pag-Unawang Akma sa Binabasa), a school-based intervention that empowers learners to develop deeper understanding and appreciation of texts.

Together, these programs embody Project STAR’s commitment to fostering literacy, recognizing achievements, and cultivating a culture of excellence among young learners.
