IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TEMPORARY MORNING VEHICLE ENTRANCE ARRANGEMENT FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026–2027

To help manage the flow of students and prevent congestion at the school gates during morning arrival, all teachers and employees bringing private vehicles are advised to use Gate 1 (near COP) as the designated entry point every morning.
A security personnel will be stationed at the opposite gate to assist and open the gate for employees arriving in vehicles.
Please note that starting at 7:30 A.M., the regular traffic arrangement will resume, and all personnel may again use the usual entrance through Gate 2.
This temporary arrangement is being implemented as a preventive measure to:
• Minimize congestion at Gate 2 during student entry;
• Ensure a smoother and safer arrival process for our learners and personnel; and
• Avoid long queues at the guard post and school gates, consistent with the best practices being observed in schools.
