📌GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICATION📄

𝐈. 𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐀
To be eligible for accreditation, a photo studio must meet the following criteria:

• Must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of professional photography experience as of April 2026.
• Must maintain an active GOLD or PLATINUM Membership (Provide the necessary supporting documentation via the designated Google Form).
• Must be willing to prepare and edit the official graduation PowerPoint presentation for the 2026 Graduation Ceremony.

𝐈𝐈. 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
Interested photo studios must comply with the following:

𝗔. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Must have at least two (2) consecutive years of providing photography services to other colleges or universities is required.
• Must submit notarized contracts, formal letters of recommendation, or equivalent legal documents to validate previous engagements.

𝗕. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Must agree to settle the TUP Manila trademark licensing fee, estimated between ₱30,000 to ₱40,000.

𝗖. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆
• Must demonstrate its ability to manage high student volumes efficiently while still producing high quality images.
• Must meet the following output and delivery timeline:
- Ability to deliver quality soft copies within 2–3 business days.
- Ability to complete hard copies with frames within 2-3 weeks from the shoot date.

𝗗. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲
• Must employ highly skilled professional make-up artists, photographers, and support personnel with sufficient experience, professionalism, and customer service skills.

𝐈𝐈𝐈. 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
The following documents must be submitted as part of the accreditation process:

𝗔. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹
• A detailed service proposal outlining the studio’s approach to fulfilling the graduation photography requirements.
• Quotation for the standard package as set by the Graduation Committee.
• Company/Studio Address.
• Latest samples of:
- Toga, Filipiniana/Barong photos
- Creative shots (both raw and edited)
- Sample make-up application

𝗕. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀
• A list of previous partner universities/colleges, including:
- Specific college/department.
- Academic year/s of partnership.

𝗖. 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
All permits and certifications must be valid at least through December 31, 2026:

• DTI Certificate
• Mayor’s Permit
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Income Tax Return
• Certificate of Business Registration
• Company Financial Statement
• Audited Financial Statement (2025)
• Notarized contracts with at least three (3) universities (Signatures must be redacted).

𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
• Open to all aspiring photo studios.
• The 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 only will be accepted before closing the application.
• All 10 submissions will be reviewed and considered.
• The selected TOP 5 photo studio will be discussed for an 𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁.
• The chosen TOP 3 will proceed to the 𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.
• The 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢 will be chosen based on the bidding outcome.
