As student leaders, we recognize that the challenges confronting UP Manila students cannot be separated from the broader issues affecting education, healthcare, and the Filipino people.

In a time when students continue to face inaccessible education, inadequate student welfare, and policies that fail to address our real needs, we believe in electing leaders who will not only represent students but also stand with them in every struggle. Sulong UPM has consistently championed student rights, democratic participation, and meaningful engagement with the sectors that make up our university and society.

We support their commitment to protecting student welfare, advancing accessible and quality education, defending democratic rights, and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities. We are one with them in building a community that listens, acts, and remains accountable to the student body.

To the UP Manila studentry, we encourage everyone to exercise your right to vote from July 1 to July 4. Let us choose leaders who will continue to push for genuine student representation and a university that serves the interests of its students and the Filipino people.

Sa harap ng lumalalang krisis sa edukasyon at kalusugan, higit kailanman kinakailangan ang isang konsehong nakaugat sa masa, matatag sa prinsipyo, at handang pangunahan ang kolektibong pakikibaka ng mga Iskolar ng Bayan.

Sa loob ng ilang taon, pinatunayan na ng Sulong UP Manila ang ganitong uri ng pamumuno. Mula sa pagtatanggol sa karapatan sa pambansa, siyentipiko, at makamasang edukasyon hanggang sa pagsusulong ng isang sistemang pangkalusugang tunay na nagsisilbi sa mamamayan, dala nila ang paninindigang ang konseho ay dapat maging kasangkapan sa pagtataguyod ng interes ng sangkaestudyantehan.

Buong suporta ang ating ipinahahatid para kay 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, kasalukuyang Vice Chairperson ng Kabataan Partylist - UP Manila, sa kanyang pagtakbo bilang USC Councilor for Students' Rights, Welfare, and Basic Student Services. Sa kanyang patuloy na pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga estudyante at aktibong pakikilahok sa mga kampanya para sa karapatan sa edukasyon at iba pang demokratikong kahilingan ng kabataan, pinatunayan niya na siya ay tunay na kasang-GUI ng mga kapwa iskolar ng bayan.
