Our study entitled "Immunoinformatic-Based Mapping of Cytotoxic T-Cell Epitopes of Overexpressed Proteins in Four High-mortality Cancers Determined Through Gene Expression Analysis", co-authored with Dr. Leana Rich Herrera-Ong, has been published in the Biomedical and Biotechnology Research Journal (BBRJ).

We presented the poster of our study entitled “Immunoinformatics-based Mapping of Cytotoxic T-Cell Epitopes from Overexpressed Tumor-Associated Antigens Determined via Gene Expression Analysis in Multiple Cancers” at the 51st Philippine Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (PSBMB) Annual Convention held at the Marison Hotel, Legazpi, Albay, last November 26-28, 2024. The poster was included in the Data Science and Bioinformatics cluster of the convention.

The INSPIRe Group would like to wish one of our members, Juan Kyle Angelo Labi, a safe trip as they fly tomorrow to Taipei for their four month internship at the Institute of Biological Chemistry at Academia Sinica. They will be working with the co-mentorship of Dr. Todd Lowary, working on glycomic profiling of different tea samples. Wishing you all the best on your internship! We are proud of you!

The INSPIRe Group would like to congratulate one of its members, Michelle Anne Duñgo, for successfully presenting her undergraduate thesis in the recently concluded 38th Philippine Chemistry Congress at the SMX Convention Center in Davao City. This marks the first official engagement of the INSPIRe Group with the local chemistry community.
