1 kilo fresh White Oyster Mushroom 🍄, shredded
1 head Garlic, minced
1 medium size Red Onion, thinly sliced
2 TBS Rock Salt
2 TBS Ground Black pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup Cornstarch
Powder seasoning to taste
Oil for frying
