Come and step into the festacular Circus Fantasy Party this coming October 26, 2024 Saturday 1:00PM in TPC Training Room, 2F Lemon Square Building, EDSA-Munoz, Quezon City.

Isama ang inyong mga cute na chikiting ages 2-10 years old in their most creative, age appropriate, and fun costumes (NO scary/spooky outfits) and get a chance to win the "BEST HALLOWEEN COSTUME" of the day!

Mechanics:

- All registration must be through the Google Sheet Form for the event. Register here: https://bit.ly/3Y8jBT3
- Registrants must transact PesoCredit Fund minimum of Php500 through OTC transaction in the Main Office.
- Validate your Registration in our Frontdesk office and get your Event Pass. 1 Event Pass = 1 child
- All registered (Child) attendees with the Event Pass will receive a treat from each of the TPC Departments.
- Allowed age for the activity is from 2 to 10 years old only. Must be accompanied by a TPC member all throughout the event.
- Must come in a child friendly character costumes (NO scary/spooky outfits).
All registered (Child) attendees will be rated accordingly. Criteria for Judging:

Authenticity & Creativity - 40%
Adherence to Theme - 30%
Presentation & Fun Factor - 30%

The highest scores will be awarded with the Best in Costume awards of the day. Prizes at stake:

1st Runner Up 3,000

2nd Runner Up 2,000

3rd Runner Up 1,000
