𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

“I am writing to formally tender my resignation from my position as Councilor for Multimedia of the Engineering Technology Students Organization, effective after ESO Week 2026.

This decision was not made lightly. However, due to my increasingly hectic schedule, I find that I am no longer able to fully fulfill my duties and responsibilities as an officer to the best of my ability. I believe that responsibilities are not meant to be taken lightly or carried halfway, and at this point, I can no longer give the level of commitment that the position rightfully requires.

It is only fair to step down and give way to someone who can better serve the organization with the time, focus, and dedication it deserves. I also believe that this decision will ultimately benefit both myself and the organization, as it allows me to focus on my current priorities while ensuring that the role is handled by someone who can fully commit to its demands.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of the organization and to work alongside dedicated individuals. The experiences and lessons I have gained during my time in office will always be valued.

I assure you of my full support in ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities before my resignation takes effect.
