ADVISORY:

1. Due to the redeployment of the Structural Assessment Teams for the conduct of post-earthquake structural reassessment following the Magnitude 6.2 earthquake that struck General Santos City on 15 June 2026, all Division Office and school-based personnel shall temporarily adopt a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement effective 22 June 2026 until further notice.

2. All classes in public elementary and secondary schools shall be conducted through Asynchronous Learning until classrooms and other learning spaces have been re-inspected, re-evaluated, and declared safe for occupancy. School heads shall ensure that the 100% of school population (except for rare cases) had undergone the PFA through MHPSS prior to proceeding with learning continuity activities.

3. Members of the Division Committee and Technical Working Groups (TWGs) on Recovery and Reintegration, as well as School DRRM Coordinators, shall physically report for duty and perform their functions in designated safe makeshift workspaces outside office or school buildings, subject to existing safety and emergency protocols. Essential personnel, including General Services personnel, shall likewise continue to report physically to provide necessary support and services.

4. Personnel reporting onsite shall wear comfortable attire that allows ease of movement and mobility in case of emergencies, subject to existing standards on decency and appropriateness.

SCHOOL ADVISORY

In view of the ongoing reassessment of school infrastructure by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) following the recent earthquake, Antonino G. Busano Sr. High School shall observe asynchronous Learning / Psychological First Aid (PFA) / Learner Check-in on
MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2026, until new safety tags are posted on the school buildings.

During this period, only the School DRRM personnel shall be allowed to report onsite to assist the inspection teams and facilitate coordination activities.

Meanwhile, clean-up and clearing operations away from school buildings may continue safely, provided that all safety protocols are strictly observed.

The safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, and personnel remain our highest priority. We ask for everyone's understanding, cooperation, and continued vigilance as we work together to ensure a safe learning environment for all.

Recognizing the vital role of teachers in nurturing and guiding learners, AGBSHS conducted a School-Based Psychosocial Support Services (PSS) Session aimed at promoting the well-being of its teaching personnel.

The activity encouraged teachers to prioritize self-care, recognize their personal strengths, and foster supportive connections that contribute to a healthy, positive, and resilient school community.

Through moments of reflection, meaningful conversations, grounding exercises, and wellness activities, participants were provided with opportunities to enhance their emotional balance and psychosocial well-being.

As we continue to support the holistic development of our learners, we also recognize the importance of caring for the educators who serve as their mentors, guides, and inspirations.

“Classes resume on June 18, 2026 through alternative learning modalities, provided that in-person or face-to-face classes in public schools shall remain suspended unless otherwise allowed under this Order.”

FACE TO FACE Classes at Antonino G. Busano Sr. High School remains suspended and shall use ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODALITY (ADM) to ensure the continuity of learning.
