Today, my heart is full as I celebrate the amazing fathers in my life. To my beloved father, the late Former Councilor Cesar 'Dodoy' Bañas Sr. — you are always in my thoughts and heart, especially today. Your wisdom, dedication, and love continue to guide me, and I carry your legacy with immense pride as I step into my role as Representative for General Santos City.

To my wonderful husband, Danny, thank you for being an unwavering source of strength, love, and support for our family. You're an incredible father, and I'm so grateful for everything you do.

And to my dear brother, newly-elected City Councilor Cesar 'Joban' Bañas Jr., my loving father-in-law, my amazing brothers-in-law, and all my beloved cousins and nephews who are fathers — may your day be filled with joy, love, and cherished moments with your families. You all embody the spirit of great fatherhood.

I also want to express my deepest gratitude to my esteemed uncles: Dr. Irineo B. Bañas (former Head of Emergency Hospital), Atty. Rufino 'Pino' B. Bañas (former Assemblyman), and Rodolfo 'Nono' B. Bañas (former City Councilor). Beyond being faithful public servants, you have all been amazing fathers to your own families. Your lives of service, integrity, and compassion have profoundly shaped my character and devotion to public service. You've all been excellent role models, and I am truly blessed to have learned from your wisdom and dedication.

Being a public servant means dedicating myself to the welfare of my constituents, and it's the lessons I learned from the fathers in my life that truly shaped my unwavering commitment.
