ACCOUNTING CLERK

We are currently looking for a qualified Accounting Clerk to join our team!

✅ Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
• With experience in timekeeping and payroll processing
• Knowledgeable in computation of employee clearance/final pay
• Familiar with government statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Tax)
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process employee timekeeping records
• Prepare and compute payroll accurately
• Handle computation of employee clearance and final pay
• Maintain and update payroll and accounting records
• Assist in other accounting-related tasks as assigned
