A Proposed Two Storey Commercial Building. 🏠

From a simple one-storey plan, this project evolved into a proposed two-storey commercial building located in Meadowood Executive Village after the client saw its full potential.

One of the unique challenges here was handling two building permits within a single lot definitely not your usual setup, but a great learning experience on planning and coordination.

We also worked around an existing structural shell, using it as the foundation to shape and maximize the spaces. Instead of seeing it as a limitation, it became an opportunity to be more creative and intentional with the design.
