Too often, we think in terms of years and make plans for the far distant future, and yet we are instructed to live one day at a time and not to even worry ourselves about the needs of tomorrow, for each day has sufficient trouble of its own.

We have a heavenly citizenship and a wonderful inheritance saved for us in heaven, therefore this world is not where we call home. But each day of our lives is an opportunity that God has kindly provided for us to use wisely and diligently for His glory. After all, the victorious life is the one that has honored the Lord in thought, word, and deed.

Oh yes, there is wisdom in planning for the future, and there is foolishness in the attitude that "let's eat and drink, for tomorrow we die," but our thinking should not be focused on this world, but rather on our heavenly house, which we will occupy until He returns, and which we will live for His glory.

May the Lord help each of us to carefully count our days in order to cultivate wisdom in our hearts through faith in Christ Jesus, our Savior.

God's timing is always perfect. Never early, never late. Trust His delays. It's worth the wait.💛

You can always find strength in Jesus' name.

There will be times when your faith is shaken, such as when you're lonely, weary, or simply unhappy. There will be times when sadness engulfs you and crushes you to the ground when everything you've believed feels hollow, and every breath feels like a chore. However, you will discover redemption and power in His name during these times. If you choose to follow Him in these situations, He will lead you away from the sadness, loneliness, death, loss, and the most difficult times of your life and back into His embrace.

God’s truth and love will give you strength, even when you feel empty.

So put your faith in Him. Give Him the reins. Give Him your worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, worries, Allow Him to work His beauty and grace into your life by giving Him all of you. Allow Him to remind you who you are: a child of God.
