EBPLS

Electronic Business permits and Licensing System is a cloud-based application software that allows business owners to file their business application or renew their business permits online. The system enables the Local Government Units to process the applications electronically. The eBPLS implements business processes based on the RA 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Law(EODB) standards and therefore, shortens the processing time and provides up-to-date information on the status of applications to the business owners and to the LGU users.

The DICT Luzon Cluster 2 eBPLS Team caters all cities and municipalities of Region 3 and Region 4A. We conduct eBPLS project presentations and trainings. We also provide online support and monitoring.
