A convergence of provincial implementers highlighted efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery during the Program Accomplishment Review and Solutions-Focused Conference held at Costa Aguada Resort, Sibunag, Guimaras on May 26, 2026.

Provincial Director Roselyn B. Quintana, in her PD’s Hour, emphasized the importance of sustaining a culture of hard work and accountability among personnel, noting that consistent efforts across field operations continue to drive improved program performance.

She also acknowledged positive stakeholder feedback, particularly the recognition gained through recent Government Service Fair booths, which showcased services and strengthened public engagement through information dissemination and frontline assistance.

Updates on internal developments and ongoing institutional initiatives were also shared, underscoring the office’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in service delivery systems.

The conference also highlighted key operational updates and concerns from all sections of the office, fostering open dialogue and the identification of areas for improvement. Section chiefs and representatives from the Local Government Capacity Development Section (LGCDS), Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Section (LGMES), Project Development and Management Section (PDMS), and the Financial and Administrative Section (FAS) presented updates on their respective programs, identified implementation challenges, and proposed measures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

The exchange underscored the importance of improved systems, continuous communication, and strengthened internal processes to ensure effective and responsive delivery of programs and services.

The activity reaffirmed the province’s commitment to results-oriented governance anchored on accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement, ensuring that government programs remain responsive to the needs of local communities.
