The Youth Congress 2025 organized by Municipal Youth Development Council was held last August 16, 2025 at the Municipal E-Library of Guimba. The event gathered dynamic and passionate young leaders—actively engaging in activities, fostering innovation, and embracing their role as catalysts of positive change.
